Meet the Founder
Born and raised in Albany, New York, Tiana is an educator, nonprofit leader, strategist, and the Founder & CEO of Grace Space Boutique and Grace Space Solutions. With experience spanning education, ministry, and community leadership, she has served as a youth leader, mentor, advocate, program manager, and consultant.
Tiana partners with individuals and organizations to strengthen leadership, clarify vision, and implement strategic improvements that create lasting impact. She doesn’t simply offer services she helps grace spaces, cultivating environments where excellence, authenticity, and purpose align.
A doctoral student with aspirations to influence education and leadership systems, Tiana is passionate about creating meaningful change. For over a decade, she has also equipped and empowered women through her ministry, Women of God In Training (W.O.G.I.T.), while expanding her work to serve diverse communities and organizations.
Recently adding “author” to her accomplishments, Tiana shares her journey of faith and resilience in her book, Grace Through Again.
At its core, Grace Space is about intentional growth, strategic excellence, and transformation, all with grace.
